George W. Bush & the USPS - Flag Code Violators
Who is that violating the flag code by writing on an American flag? Why, it’s George W. Bush, current President of the United States of America!
The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.

Apparently this stamp is in violation of the same flag rule.
